Rooted Integrative Wellness is an Out-of-Network Provider with ALL insurance companies. We are happy to verify your insurance coverage and submit to your insurance on your behalf, provided acupuncture is a covered benefit with your insurance policy. 

Please note standard Medicare unfortunately does not cover acupuncture by a private acupuncturist. We are able to bill managed care plans such as Aetna Medicare and some secondary insurance companies. Please inquire with our office 

Rooted Integrative Wellness is a cash/check preferred office. We do accept all major credit cards and FSA with a 3% processing fee
